About UltaHost

UltaHost was founded in 2018 by Elin and Deen Doughouz under their software company ScriptSun, and was spun out as the independent UltaHost, Inc. in 2021. It is headquartered in Middletown, Delaware, with offices in Istanbul, Dubai, and the UK, and remains privately held and founder-led. The catalog spans shared, VPS, VDS, and dedicated hosting on NVMe hardware sold from more than twenty datacenter locations, and a January 2025 expansion announced 800 new AMD EPYC servers plus new locations including Oslo, Warsaw, Hong Kong, and Zurich.
