VPSDime launched in 2013 as a budget VPS host known for unusually generous RAM allocations, and by its own account had provisioned its 10,000th VPS by 2014. Its ownership is deliberately opaque: its terms of service name the operator as Nodisto FZE in the Ajman Free Zone, UAE, while its sibling brands Backupsy and Winity -- run by the same operator -- register instead as Nodisto LTD (Sharjah, UAE) and Nodisto IT, LLC (Nevada, US), so there's no single clean parent entity to point to, only a shared operator known in hosting circles by the handle "Oktay." It runs self-managed Linux and Windows VPS plus storage plans on Dell hardware with NVMe RAID10 storage and 10Gbps uplinks, out of datacenters in Seattle, Los Angeles, Dallas, Piscataway (New Jersey), London, and Amsterdam. The homepage claims more than 60,000 businesses served.
